Merry Christmas Message and the December 2024 Back to Basics Intro...

As the year winds up, we hope you are having a wonderful holiday season connecting with family and friends. A very important aspect of Preparedness is Emotional Resiliency. There is a saying that goes: "Relationships are more important than achievements." There are many other words or phrases that could accurately replace "achievements", such as "social status", "appearances", "income level" or even things like "expense of gifts given". Making Relationships a high priority contributes to a high level of Emotional Resiliency...especially the relationship we foster with our Maker, whose love we celebrate above all every December. I hope we can make Christmas about His Son's birth and the ultimate Sacrifice, sanctioned in the Heavens, which gives us a true perspective of our relationship with others and the emotional and spiritual strength keeping in constant touch with Him provides.
